Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a heavy construction equipment counter weight vibration testing device and, more specifically, the heavy construction equipment counter weight vibration testing device which includes a testing stand supporting a target counter weight and a fixing device which fixes the counter weight and of which the position is moved on the top surface of the testing stand with the counter weights of various sizes. The heavy construction equipment counter weight vibration testing device is provided to test the lift time and the durability of the counter weight by vibrating the counter weights at a frequency which a user desires and to apply vibration loads in a vibration direction which a user desires.
