Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a vertical conveyor for vertically conveying baggage and a vertical conveyor system having the same. The vertical conveyor comprises: a base which supports baggage; a carrier having fastening units which are extended from both ends of the base in directions different from each other and are coupled to first and second chains; and first and second chain gears which are separated from each other to have a height difference with the carrier and circulate the carrier by powering the first and second chains. The vertical conveyor and the vertical conveyor system improve work efficiency by allowing the baggage to be freely drawn in/out regardless of a work layer and preventing the baggage from being piled up.
