Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A circuit is provided to prevent the malfunction of a source drive integrated circuit by stabilizing the output of an unstable level shifter in an initial step of power sequence in which can be generated when it is populated into a COG form. CONSTITUTION: A corresponding malfunction preventing circuit comprises level shifters (LS1-LSn) processing an input signal as high voltage and outputting an output signal at low voltage; initialization circuits (IC1-ICn) initializing the output signal of each level shifter for the enable state of initialization signals into the grounded voltage VSSD in which is the constant voltage; and a multiplexer driver (MUXD) delivering each output signal into a multiplexer.
