Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A one component chemical cleaner and a chemical cleaning method using the same are provided to remove scale, rust, and oil and fat components formed inside a pipe and to obtain an antirust effect through one-step chemical cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A one component chemical cleaner includes ammonium citrate of 200-280 parts by weight; formic acid, acetic acid, or their mixture of 15-35 parts by weight; glycolic acid 15-35 parts by weight; ethyl carbitol 2.5-10 parts by weight; butyl cellosolve 2.5-10 parts by weight; non-ionic surfactant 0.1-2 parts by weight; an anticorrosive agent 0.1-2 parts by weight; an ammonia solution (based on 25 wt% concentration), hydrazine, or their mixture of 5-20 parts by weight; and residual water which makes the total weight of the one component chemical cleaner 1,000 parts by weight. The water is selected among distilled water, deionized water, and ion exchanged water.
