Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A measuring apparatus for transferring a steel material is provided to improve the accurate workability of the steel material and the reliability of operation for the steel material, and to prevent the frequent replacement of a guide roller for anti-slip. CONSTITUTION: A measuring apparatus for transferring a steel material includes a feeding/transferring part, a moving guide frame (20), an arm support (30), a servo motor, and a scale cylinder (50). The feeding/transferring part automatically transfers the steel material with the rotation of transferring rollers which are placed at certain distances. The transferring rollers are driven by a driving motor. A pair of rails is longitudinally installed at both sides of the upper side of the moving guide frame. A rack gear is longitudinally installed at the outer surface of the moving guide frame, and the outer surface corresponds to the feeding/transferring part. The bottom of one end of the arm support is connected to the rail so that the arm support moves along the rail, and the other end of the rail is downwardly extended from the upper side of the feeding/transferring part at a certain height. The upper end of the servo motor is fixed to the arm support. The front end of the servo motor is coupled to the lower end of a motor fixing bracket which is downwardly bent at a certain height. A pinion gear is fixed to the driving shaft from the front end of the servo motor with a shaft, and is engaged with the rack gear of the moving guide frame. The servo motor transfers the arm support as much as the rotational amount of a guide roller. The guide roller is installed at the front end of a process position for the steel material.
