DUSTPAN

PURPOSE: A dustpan is provided to prevent garbage collected in a dustpan from falling down when the entrance of the dustpan is inclined to the bottom by positioning a blocking bar upright using a torsion spring and blocking the front and rear of the dustpan. CONSTITUTION: A dustpan comprises a body (10), a blocking bar (20), a torsion spring (30), and a stopper (40). The front of the body is formed with an entrance to accept garbage. The rear of the body is formed with a dent part (17) to accept garbage. The blocking bar is formed with a rotary shaft which is rotatably inserted into each shaft hole of the side plates (13). The blocking bar is uprightly positioned to separate the front from the rear before accepting garbage. The blocking bar leans backwards and connects the front to the rear to accept garbage. The torsion spring is inserted into the rotary shaft. One end of the torsion spring is connected to the rotary shaft. The other end of the torsion spring is connected to the shaft hole. The stopper is installed on the side plates at the front of the blocking bar.
