METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PLOT EXTRACTING AND TRACKING

PURPOSE: A system and a method of extracting and tracking a plot extract a track as the location information of an aircraft or a vehicle by combining extracted plot information. CONSTITUTION: A receiver (210) receives a masked low video in the form of a Cartesian coordinate system from a radar video distribution system. A plot extraction unit (220) extracts a group of pixels having brightness over a threshold displayed on the low video in the form of the Cartesian coordinate system as a plot. A track extraction unit (230) extracts a group of the plots as a track in which the distances between all pairs of plots are less than a threshold. An output unit (240) outputs one among the raw video in the form of the Cartesian coordinate system, the plot, and the track.
