QUASI-NONCOMBUSTIBLE DOUBLE RASCHEL KNITTED GOODS

PURPOSE: A limited combustible double raschel knitted product has fire retardant properties without reduction in a cushioning property, permeability, and a disperse property of pressure; reduces property damage caused by fire as diffusion velocity of fire is reduced working as a firewall in case of fire; and minimizes damage to human life. CONSTITUTION: A limited combustible double rachel knitted product contains a front layer, a rear layer and a medium layer which is formed between the front layer and the rear layer; the front layer is woven with flame resistant fiber or a reformed flame resistance processed fiber; the medium layer is composed of mono filament of the flam resistant fiber or reformed flame resistance processed fiber; the rear layer is woven with a single rayon fiber which is reformed in flame resistant properties blending flame resistant materials in a threading step and cotton fiber which is composed of a carbon fiber with contents with 55 weight% or greater.
