Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An optimizing system for treating subsurface water contaminated with volatile organic chemicals is provided to be able to remove volatile contaminants with a high process efficiency by utmost utilizing the physical properties of volatile organic contaminants for heat-treatment, and to have no concern about the secondary contamination as special injections such as oxidant, chemicals or microbial groups are not added. CONSTITUTION: An optimizing system for treating subsurface water contaminated with volatile organic chemicals comprises a water pumping part (100); a precipitation part (200); a heat exchange pre-heating part (300); a heat exchange gas separation part (400); a heating part (500); a pressurized degassing part; an air inlet port (700); and a gas treatment part (800). The precipitation part removes suspending substances by naturally precipitating the pumped subsurface water with the gravity. The heat exchange pre-heating part pre-heats the subsurface water having passed the precipitation part by using the secondly degassed subsurface water supplied from the pressurized degassing part. The heat exchange gas separation part firstly degases the volatile contaminants to discharge to the gas treatment part while heating the pre-heated subsurface water by using circulating water supplied from the heating part, discharges the circulating water to the heating part, and supplies the firstly degassed subsurface water to the pressurized degassing part. The air inlet port supplies the high pressure air to the pressurized degassing part.
