UNDERGROUND HEAT EXCHANGER WITH ADHESION PREVENTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: An anti-fixation ground heat exchanger is provided to include a hollow shaft diameter part with the outer diameter, which becomes smaller, at the end portion of a water returning pipe, thereby preventing slime from precipitating and fixing due to the return of underground water. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fixation ground heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger (100), a supply pipe (200), a water returning pipe (300), a pump (500), a shaft diameter part (600), and a unit water returning communication part (700). The heat exchanger is used as a heat pump unit to cool and heat a room by using ground heat. The supply pipe supplies ground water to the heat exchanger through a tubular well. The water returning pipe returns the ground water, which is heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger, to the tubular well. The pump pulls up the ground water to the heat exchanger. The shaft diameter part seals the water returning pipe and has the outer diameter which becomes narrow toward a lower end. The unit water returning communication part is arranged on the upper side of the shaft diameter part, and includes a plurality of through-holes that are penetrated along the outer circumferential surface of the water returning pipe. A plurality of unit water returning communication units are vertically arranged along the outer circumferential surface of the water returning pipe.
