AUTOMATIC MOUNTING DEVICE OF SPANGLE

PURPOSE: A spangle automatic attaching apparatus is provided to improve the workability of attaching the spangle as letting a series of operating process to be automatic for attaching spangle to the adhesive sheet by perforating spangles from spangle base material supplied in a strip shape. CONSTITUTION: A spangle automatic attaching apparatus comprises a frame (10); a motive (12) which attaches the adhesive sheet on the upper side and is mounted to move forward, backward, right and left by the driving mean on the frame; a first drive motor; a middle member; a power transmission axis; a punch; a lever for controlling power transmission; a spangle transferring roller; and a control unit (24) on the spangle automatic attaching apparatus including at least one winding reel (14) which winds a strip shaped spangle base material. A spangle transferring roller pulls and transfers the spangle base material which winded around the winding reel. The control unit perforates each spangle from the spangle base material through the punch and controls the operation of the first drive motor and the spangle transferring roller.
