Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A fixing device and a construction method using the same are provided to obtain stability of construction, reduce working hours through a simple preparation work, and improve the safety and the efficiency of a work and the durability of a product. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device comprises a first auxiliary connection member (30), a fastening member (50), a second auxiliary connection member (40), and a fixing member (60). The first auxiliary connection member is inserted into a penetration unit (11) of a first installation member (10) and includes a first connection hole (32) in the direction that the first auxiliary connection member is inserted into the penetration unit. The fastening member is inserted into a hollow unit (21) and a first connection unit of a second installation member (20) and fixes the first installation member and the second installation member. The second auxiliary connection member is inserted into the hollow unit of the second installation member and includes a second connection hole (41) in the direction that the second auxiliary connection member is inserted into the hollow unit. The fixing member includes a fixing unit on the upper part and a clamping unit on the lower part with a height difference at different diameters.
