Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An energy saving apparatus using the recirculated exhaust gas and waste heat of a ship is provided to drive a ship by selecting any one of a waste heat recovery system and an exhaust gas recirculation system depending on the required operation condition, thereby saving energy. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving apparatus using the recirculated exhaust gas and waste heat of a ship includes a waste heat recovery system (100), an exhaust gas recirculation system (200), and a control unit (300). The waste heat recovery system generates electric power by using, as working fluid, exhaust gas that is discharged from the engine of ship. The exhaust gas recirculation system supplies parts of the exhaust gas to the engine by recirculating the parts of exhaust gas. The control unit is provided in the discharging lines (310,330), and controls that the exhaust gas is supplied to any one of the waste heat recovery system or the exhaust gas recirculation system.
