AN AUTO BUNDLING MACHINE FOR BINDING WIRE

PURPOSE: An automatic bundling machine for binding wires is provided to prevent the binding wires from being in disorder during transportation by standardizing and firmly maintaining a bundled state. CONSTITUTION: An automatic bundling machine for binding wires comprises a chain conveyor (20), a binding wire feeder (30), and a binding machine (40). The chain conveyor comprises a transfer chain (21) installed in a caterpillar state; transfer supports (22) arranged in the outside of the transfer chain at predetermined intervals to successively move by the rotation of the transfer chain; and a transfer cylinder for intermittently moving a step of the transfer chain at a time. The transfer chain is installed between sprockets (24,25) rotationally installed in front and rear ends of a frame. The transfer chain moves a step at a time while push blocks fixed on a driving chain at predetermined intervals are pushed by the transfer cylinder.
