MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR RECLAIMING AGGREGATE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of recycled aggregates is provided to facilitate systematic gradation control and improve the function of asphalt concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of recycled aggregates using waste asphalt as recycled aggregates by crushing the waste asphalt comprises: a selection unit (110) which selects crushed aggregates according to size by passing the crushed aggregates, which are crushed by a crusher, through multiple screens (102), in which the size of mesh is differently formed, according to size; a transfer conveyor (120) which transfers the selected crushed aggregates according to size; a dry unit (130) in which a hot-air blower (122) supplying hot air of a constant temperature to the crushed aggregates of the inner side of the transfer conveyor is installed in order to lower the percentage of water content of the crushed aggregates, and both ends are opened in order to pass the transfer conveyor; a cold unit (140) which cools asphalt oil of the surface of the warmed crushed aggregate by including a cooling fan apparatus(132) which supplies the cold air of a constant temperature to the crushed aggregates of the inner side of the transfer conveyor and has a structure in which both ends are opened in order to pass the conveyor and an upper part and a bottom part are closed; and a separation unit (150) which separates crushed aggregates welded to each other by asphalt oil among the crushed aggregates passing through the cold unit.
