REINFORCEMENT CHIP FOR SYNTHETIC WOOD AND IT SELF

PURPOSE: Synthetic woods are provided to increase a density of woods and enhance durability by improving twisting, cracking and tensile strength, thereby securing stability after installation. CONSTITUTION: An enforcement chip for synthetic woods is manufactured by successively adding glass fibers with a size of 15-80 um in a liquid in which pure polypropylene powder is fused at 220°C; stirring the mixture in a mixing machine; and extruding the mixture into a chip shape. The enforcement chip for synthetic woods is characterized by being mixed with 45 weight% of the glass fiber and 55 weight% of pure polypropylene. Synthetic woods are manufactured by fusing 85 weight% of synthetic wood composition in which polypropylene synthesized material consisting of 55 weight% of wood powder, 30 weight% of polypropylene, 3 weight% of polyethylene and 5 weight% of ABS and 7 weight% of polymer are mixed and 55 weight% of pure polypropylene powder at 220°C; successively adding 45 weight% of glass fiber having a size of 15-80 um in a liquid state; stirring the mixture in a mixing machine; and melt-extruding the mixture in a state in which15 weight% of the extruded enforcement chip is evenly mixed.
