Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A stirring and grinding apparatus is provided to make reaction like saccharification, fermentation, or others in a short time by simultaneously stirring and grinding objects. CONSTITUTION: A stirring and grinding apparatus comprises a cylindrical body (10), a cover part (20), a stirring part (30), and a grinding part (40). The body stores objects and is opened at the top. The cover part closes the top of the body. The stirring part is coupled to the cover part to stir the objects stored in the body. The cover part comprises a cover, a central wing (31), an outer wing (34), and a removal wing (35). An upper grinder (50) is additionally installed in the lower part of the center of the stirring part. The grinding part comprises a lower plate and an upper plate.
