Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of super-paramagnetic nanoparticles in a ferrite system is provided to synthesize super-paramagnetic nanoparticles with high self induction caloricity and specific loss power (SLP) in a low magnetic field and a frequency range by performing a previous process and a bumping process in a nucleus generating step. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of super-paramagnetic nanoparticles in a ferrite system comprises (1) a nucleus generation step and (2) a particle growth step. The (1) nucleus generation step includes the following steps; (a) a raw solution at a room temperature is heated to 190-195 degreeC and is kept at the same temperature; and (b) the raw solution at 190-195 degree C is heated to be at 200-204 degreeC and the raw solution contains one or more substance selected from Fe (III) acetylacetonate, Mg, Mn, Ni, Zn and Co. The (2) particle growth step includes the following steps; the raw solution obtained from the nucleus generation step is heated until it meets a boiling point of a solvent and is kept at the same temperature.
