MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HAVING AMENDMENT FUNTION FOR DOCUMENT SHARING DATA

PURPOSE: A document data management system including a shared document modification function is provided to enable the efficient use of document files by notifying the modification of the files to a sharing user. CONSTITUTION: A user server(100) transmits a document file and an identification number to a data server(200). The data server receives the document file and the identification number from the user server, generates a document number for the document file, and inserts the document number and the identification number into the file to store the same. If there is a request of the user server, the data server transmits the document file to the user server. The user server transmits error event information in the document file or a modified document file to the data server.
