SANDY SOIL AND SLUDGE AND SOIL CONDITIONER USING THE METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a soil conditioner is provided to perform fermentation, fracturing, and drying at the same time, to be able to dry and fracture with small energy without using fossil fuel, and to control the drying moisture content. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a soil conditioner using granite soil and sludge comprises: a step of mixing 40-60 parts by weight of organic polymer-containing waste water sludge, 20-50 parts by weight of organic waste, 5-15 parts by weight of excrements sewage sludge, and 2-5 parts by weight of excipient, granite sludge, organic/inorganic sludge, organic waste, and excipient; heating the mixture at 50-70 deg. C, and sterilizing and drying the heated mixture to remove the viscosity of the organic polymer; and a step of fermenting the resulted material for 2-4 hours, fracturing, drying, and culturing indigenous microorganisms.
