Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A neutralization device is provided to simply clean a wire electrode. CONSTITUTION: A neutralization device including a wire electrode includes a support frame(10), a wire electrode(20), a connection member(30), a power supply(40), a cleaning member(50) and a controller. The support frame is arranged in the circumference of a discharge space. The wire electrode is installed in the support frame to move back and forth along the predetermined path and crosses some parts over the discharge space. The connection member is installed to face with each other while having the wire electrode along a travel path of the wire electrode. The connection member includes a pair of terminals moving between a first position electrically connected to the wire electrode and a second position separated from the wire electrode. The power supply applies high voltage to the wire electrode while being electrically connected to the connection member. The cleaning member is installed along the travel path of the wire electrode and cleans the wire electrode by contacting with the traveling wire electrode. The controller moves terminals of the pair of connection member to the second position by controlling the connection member while the wire electrode is traveling.
