FEED ADDITIVE FOR PIGLET, AND PROCESSING METHOD OF IT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a feed additive capable of replacing antibiotics adjusted for new born pigs is provided to shorten the time of converting new born pigs to growing pigs by increasing intake of feed and preventing diarrhea. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a feed additive capable of replacing antibiotics for new born pigs comprises the following steps: putting 5-7 wt% of essence oil, 20-25 wt% of short chain polymer, and 10-18 wt% of an extra diluting agent into a blender for manufacturing feed, and mixing the ingredients at 60 rotations per minute for 5 minutes(step1); putting one among the 25-30 wt% of caproic acid, 15-20 wt% of caprylic acid, and 10-15 wt% of capric acid into the mixture from step 1, and mixing at 45 rotations per minute for 1.5 minutes(step2); putting one of the remaining acids into the mixture from step 2, and mixing at 45 rotations per minute for 1.5 minutes(step3); and putting the final remained acid into the mixture from step 3, and mixing at 45 rotations per minute for 1.5 minutes(step 4).
