Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous implant fixture is provided to promote the osteoblastic adsorption and division and to induce a strong synarthrosis. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous implant fixture is composed of the following steps of: molding a desired shape using ceramic powder; calcinating the molded output; processing the calcinated output with a milling machine; blast-sanding the processed output as a first surface treatment; coating a ceramic slurry(120) including the ceramic powder on the surface of the first surface treated output as a second surface treatment; and obtaining an implant fixture(110) of a ceramic material with the porous surface by sintering the second surface treated output.
