Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A pressure reducing device for a concrete pumping pipe is provided to increase a flow velocity by varying the motional properties of water molecules inside a slip layer generated from a concrete flow, thereby reducing pumping pressure with an inertial force larger than a viscous force. CONSTITUTION: A pressure reducing device(100) for a concrete pumping pipe includes a coil(110), a pulse generating part(120), a pressure sensor(130), a data collecting part(140), a controlling part(150), and a communicating part(160). The coil is formed of a conductive material, and is wound on the outer surface of a concrete pumping pipe(1). The pulse generating part applies a pulse signal to the coil so that an electromagnetic field can be generated from the coil, and increases a flow velocity by varying the motional properties of water molecules inside a slip layer generated from a concrete flow with the electromagnetic field in order to reduce pressure inside the pumping pipe. The pressure sensor measures the pressure inside the pumping pipe. The data collecting part converts a pressure signal outputted from the pressure sensor into a voltage signal. The controlling part comprises a statistics processing module(151) and a pulse controlling module(153). The statistics processing module divides pressure waveform voltage signal inputted by the data collecting part, and calculates an arithmetical mean value, an RMS(Root Mean Square) mean value, and a maximum value of the pressure. The pulse controlling module calculates the period and amplitude of a pulse for controlling the pressure inside the pumping pipe using a management reference value predetermined by a user and at least one of the calculated arithmetical mean value, the RMS mean value, and the maximum value, and then outputs the period and amplitude of the pulse to the pulse generating part. The communicating part transfers the pressure waveform voltage signal inputted by the data collecting part to the pulse controlling module through wire and wireless communications, and transfers the pulse signal outputted from the pulse controlling module to the pulse generating part through the wire and wireless communications.
