The chair is rotatably installed on a support on the base frame. The post installed on the base frame is placed on one side of the chair. The actuating device is installed at the upper end of the post. The arm moves up and down in order to move an arm of a user. The arm can be tilted forward and backward so that the direction of the arm can be converted. The arm of the user rests on the arm rest.
