AIR BLADDER TYPE WATER LEVEL CONTROL VALVE

PURPOSE: An air bladder type water level control valve is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs and to facilitate the assembly and maintenance since the air bladder type water level control valve has a small number of parts and a simple structure and do not use the parts required control a small force. CONSTITUTION: An air bladder type water level control valve includes an air bladder body(31), a plunger(34) and a guide leg. The air bladder body is formed with an inlet on the upper part, installed inside the tank storing the liquid flowed from the inlet and formed with a hollow part(32) with the penetration into the center from the top to the bottom. The plunger is vertically extended with a space from the inner wall of the hollow part at the center of the hollow part and fixed by linking on the air bladder body. The guide leg is fixed on the periphery of the inlet of the tank and extended vertically downwards. The guide leg is composed and inserted into a guide groove formed by the separation of the inner wall of the plunger from the plunger, wherein the air bladder body is elevated up and down along the guide leg according to the level of the liquid stored in the tank. The upper end of the plunger fixed on the air bladder body preforms to open and close the inlet.
