Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An HARQ detection method in an LTC communication system is provided to judge whether a signal includes an ACK/NACK signal or data only included in received data. CONSTITUTION: An HARQ signal in a set position is selected from a plurality of HARQ signals(S200). A mean value of bits comprises the selected signal(S202). If the calculated mean value is 1, inclusion of ACK is primarily judged. If the calculated mean value is 0, inclusion of NACK is primarily judged(S204). A bit value is confirmed by each bit primarily comprising the signal including the ACK/NACK signal(S206). The number of bits secondarily judged as NACK in the each bit comprising the signal primarily judged as ACK is calculated(S208). The number of calculated bits is compared with the setting value(S210).
