ECO-BOARD HAVING IMPROVED MECHANICAL PROPERTY AND WATER-PROOF AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly board having a mechanical property and the improved water resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to recycle an expanded vermiculite scrap and a pearlite scrap as fillers, thereby presetting an environmentally friendly board. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly board having a mechanical property and the improved water resistance and a manufacturing method thereof comprise a step(S101) of manufacturing an inorganic binder by mixing sodium silicate, silica sol, purified water, potassium phosphate and kaolin; a step(S103) of manufacturing the mixture by mixing a manufactured inorganic binder with expanded vermiculite, pearlite and a filler; a step(S105) of compressing and molding the manufactured mixture; and a step(S107) of working the surface of a compressed and molded mixture.
