Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An organic photoelectric device with a nano-structured interface between an electron donor and an electron acceptor is provided to maximize a surface area by changing the morphology of the interface to a nanoscale. CONSTITUTION: A second electrode faces a first electrode. An electron donor is located between the first and second electrodes. Electron donor materials are successively formed and are divided into separated layers. The successively formed electron donor material layers are contacted with evaporated solvents. A nano structure is formed on the interface of electron acceptor materials by removing the solvent.
