Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A biological treatment apparatus of the biodiesel production process effluent is provided to treat high efficiency and high load; reduce the cost for the waste treatment through making the sludge and the fat solvent as a fuel; and get the profit through the sale of the fuel. CONSTITUTION: A biological treatment apparatus of the biodiesel production process effluent comprises a floating detachment tank(100), an aeration reaction bath(200), a settling tank(300), and a dehydration derived fuel device(400). The floating detachment tank separates a fat solvent, oil distillate and insoluble organic matters in the wastewater. The dehydration derived fuel device produce a fuel with high calorific power mixing fragment sludge supplied from the settling tank; and the fat solvent and oil distillate supplied from the floating detachment tank. The rotary shaft(320) equipped with a fragmenting device(330) to crush the coagulated sludge and a driving motor(310) are located in a certain position in the settling tank. A coagulated sludge fragmenting device(330a) formed in a lattice shape to grind the sludge coagulated in the lower part of the settling tank and a scrapper(330b) which gathers the fragmented sludge in the lower center of the setting tank are installed on the lower part of the rotary shaft to be opposed to each other.
