Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A passive cooling device for a spent fuel pool is provided to delay or prevent damage to a nuclear fuel due to the exhaustion of cooling water by automatically supplying the cooling water to the spent fuel pool according to a cooling water level of the spent fuel pool. CONSTITUTION: A spent fuel pool(100) maintains a cooling function by a forced cooling method through a heat exchanger(20). A cooling water storage unit(200) is located on the upper side of the spent fuel pool and includes a cooling water supplement tube(210) and a cooling water level gauge(220). A floating member(320) is raised according to the cooling water level of the spent fuel pool. An emergency cooling water supply tube(300) is connected to the floating member and includes a floating valve(310) to control the flow of cooling water.
