Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer PTC constantly heating ink is provided to manufacture a polymer PTC constantly heating ink with a self temperature control performance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a PTC(positive temperature coefficient) constantly heating ink comprises: a step of manufacturing a liquid binder for polymer PTC constantly heating ink; a step of forming a mill base composition of the polymer PTC constantly heating ink which is manufactured by the liquid binder; and a step of wetting into a liquid binder by fusing a multi-walled carbon nanotubes at room temperature for a specific time; a step of conducting a bead mill dispersion process with the centrifugal force of 500-800 m/min; and a step of let down the dispersed mill base composition for crosslinking binders. [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S1) Manufacturing a liquid binder for polymer PTC constantly heating ink with a polyester-based binder and a polyolefin-based binder; (S2) Forming a mill base composition of the polymer PTC constantly heating ink which is manufactured by the liquid binder, and wetting into the liquid binder by fusing a multi-walled carbon nanotubes, which are conductive particulates, at room temperature; (S3) Bead mill dispersing based on the centrifugal force of 500-800m/min such that each particle is stably dispersed by moving the mill base composition of the wetted polymer PTC constantly heating ink to the liquid binder; (S4) Letting down the mill base composition of the dispersed polymer PTC constantly heating ink for the cross-linking of each binder
