Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to grow a thin film having a specific angle for a back surface electrode layer and to reduce the management point in a scribing process. CONSTITUTION: A back contact electrode is formed on a substrate. A light absorption layer(40) is formed on the back contact electrode. A buffer layer(50) is formed on the light absorption layer. A front electrode(70) is formed on the buffer layer. A protective layer(20) is formed between the substrate and the back contact electrode. The protective layer prevents scribing of the substrate.
