VALVE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A valve device for injecting halogen gas into a bulb for a vehicle is provided to inject halogen gas in a state where a bulb is in a vacuum because of the quick response characteristic of a valve unit operated by a diaphragm type. CONSTITUTION: A valve device for injecting halogen gas into a bulb for a vehicle comprises a bulb coupling port(12), a first valve chamber(4), a gas injection port(9), a second valve chamber(7), a vertical moving hole(11), a first valve unit(20), and a second valve unit(30). The bulb coupling port is formed under a valve body(3). An exhaust pipe(2) of a bulb(1) is inserted in the bulb coupling port. A first valve hole(5) is formed in one side of the first valve chamber. A halogen line(10) is formed in one side of the second valve chamber and a second valve hole(8) is formed at the bottom of the second valve chamber. The vertical moving hole connects the first valve chamber and the second valve hole of the second valve chamber and is communicated with the bulb coupling port. The vertical moving hole is vertically formed inside a valve body. The first valve unit and the second valve unit are operated by a diaphragm type to selectively open and close the first and second valve holes.
