Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A heterogeneous network based data simultaneous transmission service method and apparatus thereof are provided to effectively transfer data traffic in an access network by selectively transmitting part data through a selected transmission target network. CONSTITUTION: When difference in confirmed latency time exceeds a threshold value, a network selection unit(110) selects a transmission target network based on a sequence according to a size for a multiple of the latency time calculated in each access network. A control unit(120) selects part data according to a selected transmission target network. A communication unit(130) transmits the provided part data to each access network.
