COMPOUND FOR FORMING BLOCK

PURPOSE: A composition for block molding is provided to enhance strength and crack preventing effects by using soil, alkali activator, natural fiber and industrial by-products. CONSTITUTION: A composition for block molding is composed of soil, alkali irritant, natural fiber and industrial by-products. The part or whole of the soil is composed of activated loess. A manufacturing method of the activated loess comprises the following step: heating natural dried loess at 600-900 deg. Celsius and quick cooling the heated loess to room temperature. 5-15 parts by weight of the alkali irritant are mixed based on 100 parts by weight of the soil. 0.5-5 parts by weight of the natural fiber is mixed with 100 parts by weight of the soil. The industrial by-product is one or more of waste glass, slag or ashes, and 50-150 parts by weight of the industrial by-products based on 100 parts by weight of the soil. The alkali irritant is one or more of CaO, Ca (OH)2 and CaCO3. The natural fiber is composed of one or more of seed parent fiber, bast fiber, salt pulse fiber, fruit fiber and sepiolite which is mineral fiber.
