CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic composition contains 0.1-10 wt% of Sibjeondaebotang(ginseng, Astragali Radix, Stractylodis Rhizoma alba, Angelicae gigantis Radix, Wolfiporia cocos, Rehmanniae Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix, Cinnamomi Ramulus, AND Glycyrrhizae radix) and biotin mixture extract. Sibjeondaebotang is extracted using water or hydrous or anhydrous alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms.
