Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A rapid Lentinus edodes medium cultivating method is provided to reduce the cultivating and browning time of shiitake for cultivating the shiitake in about 50 days. CONSTITUTION: A rapid Lentinus edodes medium cultivating method comprises the following steps: sterilizing a medium, and injecting shiitake Lentinus edodes spawns for cultivating; settling the medium after the cultivation process into a cultivating stand, and automatically coating the medium with mycelia by maintaining the medium for 5 days at 18-22 deg C and at 85-90% humidity; and spraying water to the medium for reducing the browning time using the irrigation impact. The medium contains 78.8% of oak tree saw dust, 10% of rice bran 10% of wheat bran, 1% of glucose, 0.1% of calcium, and 0.1% of oyster shell powder.
