Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A rack pinion rotation apparatus is provided to save energy by rotating a rotary shaft using electrical energy and potential energy, thereof improving efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(120) is supported in a frame. The rotary shaft passes through a rotary plate. The rotary plate is fixed to the rotary shaft. A plurality of cylinders(150) is fixed to the rotary plate in all directions. A rack(160) is inserted into the plurality of cylinders. A weight is fixed to an end portion of the rack which is exposed to outer flank. A slot is penetrated on the flank and exposes a gear tooth of the rack. A pinion is inserted into the slot and is meshed with the gear tooth of the rack. A motor is attached to the plurality of cylinders.
