Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A hybrid PC detector for electric power change and distribution and an electric power changing and distributing facility PD(Partial Discharge) diagnosis method using the same are provided to improve measuring accuracy of an electric power changing and distributing facility by measuring surface partial discharge and internal partial discharge at once with a hybrid structure. CONSTITUTION: A supersonic wave type PD measuring module emits supersonic waves on the surface of an electric power changing and distributing facility. The supersonic wave type PD measuring module senses partial discharge of the surface and transfers it to a main control unit. An electromagnetic wave type PD measuring module sends electromagnetic wave pulses from the surface of the electric power changing and distributing facility to an internal direction. The electromagnetic wave type PD measuring mod senses internal partial discharge and transfers it to the main control unit. A first external connector is combined with an external mike by a pin. A second external connector(70) is combined with an external parabola dish by the pin. The main control unit selects the supersonic wave type PD measuring module or the electromagnetic wave type PD measuring module according to an input signal selected in a key input unit. The main control unit stores a sensing value of the partial discharge of the surface and the internal partial discharge and outputs the sensing value in a display unit.
