Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An optical fiber double bundle forming method for a pump light source coupler is provided to determine the number of optical fiber strands of an optical fiber bundle according to the need of a user by controlling the outer diameter of a first optical fiber bundle reduced through first melting tapering. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of optical fibers is commutatively circumscribed while being arranged into a radial symmetry type(S10). A first optical fiber bundle is loaded in an optical fiber chuck. The first optical fiber bundle is melted while being extended along a longitudinal direction. The external diameter of the first optical fiber bundle is reduced and an optical fiber bundle is formed(S20). A plurality of second outer optical fibers is commutatively circumscribed with the first optical fiber bundle as the center(S30). The plurality of second outer optical fibers is melted. The external diameter of the plurality of second outer optical fibers is reduced and an optical fiber bundle is formed(S40). |
