CONSTITUTION: A microorganism medium for culturing Burkholderia pyrrocinia LA101(deposit number KACC91663P) contains soy peptone, SIP(isolated soy protein), corn steep liquor, glucose, chitin, and water. A microorganism agent contains a culture of Burkholderia pyrrocinia, prepared in a medium containing A101 soypeptone, SIP, corn steep liquor, glucose, chitin, and water. The microorganism formulation has antibacterial effects against Alternaria panax, Fusarium oxysporum, Cylindrocarpon destructans, Botrytis cinerea, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Sclerotinia cepivorum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and Penicillium hirsutum.
