Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A system for predicting an operational period and costs for an urban renewal program and a method thereof on the basis of visual facility outline generation are provided to easily supply information about the operational costs and period for analyzing project feasibility and finance feasibility during an early planning stage. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(190) enables a business period predictor(130) to determine a business process period of a business process structure (BPS) excluding a facility construction period with a user input value. The user terminal enables a facility visualization unit(110b) to generate facility information of an urban renewal program. The user terminal enables a business expense predictor(120) to predict direct construction cost. The user terminal enables the business expense predictor to predict a construction period.
