Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A front type rotary damper is provided to reduce noise or load generated between a rake and screen and to have a firm structure by fixing left and right lateral sides and a bottom side to a structure forming a waterway. CONSTITUTION: A front type rotary damper comprises a screen(100) and a damper body(200). The screen is composed of a plurality of vertical partitions and installed in a structure forming a waterway. The dust body is installed to be placed in front of the screen and raises adulterations filtered in the screen with a plurality of rakes(230). The rake is composed of a rake frame, a rake plate, a support shaft, a spring, and a draw-out rake.
