Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A device and a method for automatically scanning a quick response code are provided to decipher the information of each quick response code. CONSTITUTION: A photographing unit(110) takes a photograph of a peripheral image including a quick response code. A QR code recognition unit(120) changes the peripheral image into a pixel unit gray scale. The QR code recognition unit changes the gray scale image into a histogram. The QR code recognition unit finds recognition points about a fixed candidate pixel group through a recognition marker. If recognition points are recognized, the QR code recognition unit deciphers the information of the acknowledged QR code.
