Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A distribution valve for a railway vehicle is provided to improve the quality of the distribution valve by fundamentally blocking leakage defect of the distribution valve, and to obtain reliability and safety of brake releasing operation. CONSTITUTION: A distribution valve for a railway vehicle comprises an axle(120), a axle fixing pin(130), o-rings(140), a first plug(150), a second plug(160), and a seal. The axle penetrates a distribution valve body and comprises a passage through which a braking air supplying to a braking cylinder of a railway vehicle is passed. A fixing groove is formed in the outer circumference of the axle. The axle fixing pin penetrates the distribution valve body and is inserted in the fixing groove to fix the axle. The o-rings block a gap between the axle and the distribution valve body. The first and second plugs are respectively thread-coupled to first and second tap processing parts formed in both sides of the distribution valve body. Between first and second discharge terminals for discharging release air to the distribution valve body, the seal blocks the second discharge terminal.
