SLIDE CORE APPARATUS FOR INJECTION MOLD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INSERT MOLDING WITH LEAD FRAME USING IT

PURPOSE: A slide core device for an injection mold and a method for manufacturing a lead frame insert molding using the same are provided to effectively prevent the displacement and damage of a lead frame during the operation of a slide core because an angular pin supports the slide core as an upper die is closed. CONSTITUTION: A slide core device for an injection mold includes a sliding block(20) comprising a body(24) and a hanging unit(40). The body is penetrated from the top(32) to the bottom(34) and has a guiding hole(26) opened to the opposite side of a slide core(22) arranged toward a molding space, and an angular pin is inserted in the guiding hole. The holding unit is coupled to the body and allows the angular pin to be inserted into the guiding hole through an opening when upper and lower dies are meshed with each other while holding the angular pin to move the sliding block to the outside when the upper die is separated from the lower die.
