| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A COS attached load buster is provided to reduce the size of arc and to save times required for extinguishing arc by installing a separate discharging unit at a COS upper connector. CONSTITUTION: A positive temperature coefficient(PTC) device composed of two or more connecting points(14) is installed at the upper frame of a fuse holder(13). The PTC device gradually increases impedance(12) while a fuse holder opens for reducing arc heat. The fuse holder rotates based on a rotary shaft which is fixed to the lower side of the fuse holder. The fuse holder generates contacts to increase impedance. A COS attached load buster is integrated with the upper frame of the fuse holder. |
