A BMS(Battery Management System) comprises a sensing unit, a central control unit, a cell balancing unit, and a communication unit. The sensing unit is electrically connected to each cell constituting a battery pack(112) through a plurality of cell connection terminals. The sensing unit senses cell voltage, a voltage battery terminal, battery current, and the temperature of a battery cell. A transmission/distribution terminal device(200) is installed between an internal input-output line and an external transmission/distribution electric line. The transmission/distribution terminal device comprises a main terminal(210) and two or more sub terminals(220). |
