Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A window with improved airtight and soundproof properties is provided to improve airtight properties between a window frame and a sash frame by arranging an airtight member in a rail frame of the sash frame. CONSTITUTION: A window with improved airtight and soundproof properties comprises a sash frame and a window frame. The sash frame comprises a body frame(11) and a rail frame(12). The body frame is coupled to a building. An airtight member(13) is formed in the end of the rail frame and can be touch the window frame. The rail frame is extended toward the window frame. The window frame is supported to a specific position of the sash frame.
